Two-Layer Ground-Plane, for low-impedance across all connectors.
2x 10uF of Local Capacitor Decoupling and Filtering on each of the power rails. (+12,-12,5v)
Parallel Reversed-Diodes across each power rail, providing Reverse Voltage-Spike protection.
